Steps to follow:
- Visit the concerned issuing office along-with required documents. In all major cities like Karachi, Lahore, Rawalpindi, Peshawar, Hyderabad, Multan etc this document can be issued from local union councils. In few small cities it can be issued from TMA office, in cantonment areas from cantonment board office and Islamabad residents can get it from CDA office Islamabad.
- Concerned issuing office will ask you to fill an application form for NADRA death certificate. This application form can be obtained from same issuing office. Click here to check sample application form to know it’s contents.
- Submit your documents along-with filled application form and official fee in same issuing office.
- Collect the final document on given date from same issuing office. In normal situations, NADRA death certificate can be issued within 7-10 days if all required documents are available but this period can vary in different circumstances.
- Make sure that all contents of NADRA death certificate are accurate. Re-check particulars on death certificate and ask for correction if there is any typo mistake by the issuing office.
